Week 1, Day 1

Our first day of classes have finished! Here are a few examples of the work done by our talented students who are learning about photography by documenting their lives and their surroundings. In the process, we are teaching them about digital photography, computer editing, social media, and self-portraiture.

Stefani O'Neill
This Mushroom represents me with its colors and contrasts. It shows that even the smallest things shine.

Alyson Evans
The Amazing Tree Climber the girl that can climb trees with her bare hands. The girls name is Alyson Evans and she loves nature. She loves all of the creatures around it. She loves to be in nature everyday. She loves nature so much she lives there.

Brianna Combs
I took this picture to have the light shine on half of my face so you can really focus on just that part.

Angel Smathers
I took this picture because I thought the dew drops would be pretty. It represents how life can stand still at time and waiting for something to happen.

Karlie Bishop
This is me. I am dark and mysterious but I admire the beauty of nature. The nature surrounds me by its beauty and darkness. It represents how nature is a good thing and a bad thing. It can be beautiful and dangerous at the same time.
