Wise Visions

Here are more images from our older kids! They see their community in both literal and abstract ways, from lightning bugs streaking across the night sky to highways and flowers; unknown but inviting symbols; stark selfies; and confounding situations. Enjoy their visions.

Nova Barone
I was taking a night picture of my tree and I caught a firefly as it was moving through the frame. It looked like a green strand of light and I called it the green UFO.

James Berry

The last photo I chose had been taken from the top of the Hocking fire tower, overlooking the nearby highway, the high angle and exposure of the shot done well to present the curvature of the highway and surrounding landscape while being framed by the window area I took it from.

Gage Bruce
My sis took this one.

Alyson Evans
The symbol on the wrist is how some people stay together. It is also a way people show the meaning of friendship and relationship.

Brianna Loudner
Selfies can be a way of expression.

Casey Maddey
I chose the picture of my backyard because it shows how modern/plain the yards of some houses during this time period look.

Chaz Weeks
The intention was to zoom in to be able to see the guys face. But to capture how close he was to nature with no doors.
August Nagel

I chose this picture because it captures my sisters while they are young.
