Welcome back to the Circle Kids with Cameras blog for summer 2015! This year the kids are focusing on making a community documentary. Every group will brainstorm ideas, go on field trips, and contribute their unique perspective to the collaborative project. Here we have images from our first group, many of whom decided to focus on nature: trees, greenery, water, light, animals.

Isabella Anderson
This picture to me looks cool at how the light shines through the tree. It also makes the leaves that are not covered in light look like a darker green and the ones that are covered by light look like a neon green.

Winter Barone
The water I like because it presents nature and I love nature. And I hope everybody likes my pictures.

Chris Blackstone
I like this pic because I go here a lot and it is raining.

Zander Clark
I took the picture of the bear with arrows in it because I like archery. I also took it because I had good accuracy on it. I like it because you can see the gazelle's head in the background.

Caitlyn Hall
I like this picture because this beetle was having trouble getting to its belly to I took a picture. I like how you can see the colors on the beetle.

Ethan Hall
I chose this picture because it was taken at Hocking College's pond. I like it cause of the low light situation. I like this picture because of the vines that come down through the picture.

Jasmine Koon
This picture is special because he is the founder of Nelsonville and how his grave is so small.

|
Brandon Russell
Another picture I chose is of the bottom of the hardware and I liked it because of how dark it was at the time I took the picture.

Cameron Weekley
This is a picture of my sister in the church at breakfast.
